How we make it work:
Having a diverse team means hiring people from all dimensions of diversity in a holistic manner, adding more talent, skills, knowledge, ideas, and experiences, while working to dismantle discriminatory structures and/or actions within the company. Corporate diversity not only focuses on hiring diverse talent but also on managing it throughout the whole employee life cycle.
For us, signing the Diversity Charta was a natural and essential step in our commitment to holistically foster an inclusive environment.

The “Charta der Vielfalt e.V.” is an employer initiative to support diversity and inclusion in companies and institutions, and stands for a holistic approach of dealing with diversity. The organization focuses on seven diversity dimensions that are part of people's identity: gender & gender identity, ethnic background & nationality, religion & worldview, physical & mental abilities, age, sexual orientation, and social background.

While the Diversity Charta recognizes 7 key dimensions, we believe that true diversity is a much more complex concept which extends even further. Although important, these dimensions do not cover all the different aspects that make a team truly diverse. Some aspects, such as age, race, ethnicity, and gender are often more visible, while others –like cultural background, education, beliefs, values, and attitudes– shape a person in less apparent but equally important ways.
We believe that a truly diverse team is diverse in as many dimensions and layers as possible, and we actively work to make this a reality at Evermood!
With our vision "make work life better for all" we not only provide content on intercultural conflicts and equality, but also support in cases of sexual assault & discrimination through our platform.
