🌍 Do good

Our daily actions are guided by integrity and respect. We want to have a positive influence on the environment and the lives of the people around us. We are aware of our social responsibility and place great value on honesty and sustainability in all our relationships.

How we make it work:

• To promote sustainable traveling, we provide (permanent) employees with a company ticket for public transportation in Berlin.
• For a healthy work-life balance, we offer flexible working times and remote work.
• We provide (permanent) team members with a ClassPass membership to support their health and well-being.

🤝 Collaborate

As a collective, we are unstoppable. Open communication, unconditional trust and mutual support are the pillars of our work. We help others to do their best and combine our strengths to achieve our goals as a team.

How we make it work:

• With our daily Stand-up, we make sure everyone is up-to-date on what is going on.
• Departments at Evermood are flexible. It is common for team members to help out in areas that are outside of their usual scope of work.
• Team members have many options to voice their ideas or concerns: in bi-weekly 1on1s, in every All-Hands or Town Hall, in our Team Culture survey or in an anonymous form.

📈 Strive to grow

Every day we strive to be the best version of ourselves. We always remain curious and hungry, and face challenges with open arms. As a team, we are innovative and disruptive. We leave room for mistakes and new ideas in order to learn and become better.
