How we make it work:
- To promote sustainable traveling, we provide (permanent) employees with a company ticket for public transportation all over Germany.
- We provide (permanent) team members with an EGYM Wellpass membership to support their health and well-being.
- We have a sustainability group where team members can actively contribute ideas and initiatives to make Evermood even more environmentally responsible.

We help others to do their best and combine our strengths to achieve our goals as a team.
How we make it work:
- Most of our communication channels in Teams are open by default, which means everyone can be in the know about (almost) everything they are interested in.
- For a healthy work-life balance, we offer flexible working times and remote work.
- We strengthen our team spirit through regular events and workations—creating opportunities to connect, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships beyond our day-to-day work.

📈 Strive to grow
Every day we strive to be the best version of ourselves. We always remain curious and hungry, and face challenges with open arms.
As a team, we are innovative and disruptive. We leave room for mistakes and new ideas to learn and become better.
How we make it work:
- For personal development, we hold a 360° feedback survey twice a year and set development goals accordingly with the team lead.
- Team members have a yearly 1.000 € personal development budget (or more if needed) to use on books, webinars, conferences, etc.
- Our monthly Town Hall offers a safe space to raise concerns and ask questions so that Evermood can continue to improve as a team and company.

🤸 Make it your own
We take full responsibility for tasks and projects and make them our own. If we want to create something great, it is up to us to make it happen.
We approach obstacles with enthusiasm and solve problems proactively instead of shying away from them.
How we make it work:
- We use quarterly OKRs and monthly All-Hands to set personal goals for each team member, celebrate successes, and hold each other accountable.
- We encourage team members to bring in their own ideas for projects that they want to implement (past examples are Nerd Talks, **our DEI Council and our Sustainability Group).
- We provide multiple channels for team members to voice their ideas or concerns: in bi-weekly 1on1s, in monthly All-Hands and Town Halls, through our Team Culture survey, or via an anonymous form—ensuring everyone has the opportunity to contribute to making Evermood a better company.

We not only welcome diversity but actively seek it. Because our diversity is what makes us one-of-a-kind.
We are unyielding in our efforts to bring together talents with different backgrounds, genders, ages, religions, identities, orientations, and experiences to create greatness.
How we make it work:
- Evermood has signed the German Diversity Charta, publicly announcing our commitment to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace, and has participated in the German Diversity Day in 2019 and every year since 2021, with plans to continue in the following years.
- Our DEI Council is continuously working to optimize processes and change the culture towards more diversity and inclusion.
- We are committed to improving accessibility for people with disabilities, which is why we have enhanced our platform to be more inclusive. This includes achieving certifications like the BIK BITV-Test and WCAG 2.2 by making our services more accessible to individuals with visual, auditory, and motor impairments.
