When we founded Evermood we wanted to turn workplaces into safe spaces - giving employees the power and confidence to speak up about topics they feared to address. Today, we still believe that Evermood should be the one platform every HR leader should have to create a better work life for all their employees.

Mission

We are building the next-gen Employee Assistance Program.

As we spoke with hundreds of HR leaders, we learned that reactive Employee Assistance Programs (hotline services) and isolated well-being apps served only a handful of employees, and that monitoring usage, performance, and ROI was more of a hurdle than a relief for HR.

Problem & Why now?

Organizations all over the world are facing “The Great Resignation”. Experts predict that in 2023 every third employee will voluntarily leave their job because of poor career development, work-life balance and manager behavior.

As Covid-19 coerced organizations to reimagine their working culture, the #1 priority for HR managers was to improve well-being and mental health in 2021 and now shifts towards building critical skills and competencies to manifest the “new normal”.

When you think about being an HR manager in an organization with 500+ employees (this is our target customer at the moment), how do you solve to tackle The Great Resignation? What services and products will you buy? How will you communicate them to your organization and how do you make sure they are used sufficiently?

Basically, you have two options:

  1. You sign a contract with a reactive Employee Assistance Program (EAPs) and side-buy isolated well-being apps, and similar solutions or;
  2. You use Evermood to synchronize all your work skill and work life support offers, making expert knowledge easy to manage, communicate and monitor in one place.
