🦥 Hang

Every now and then, we come together for a team hang — a chance to connect, unwind, and have some fun outside of work. Whether it’s going out for dinner, hosting a game night, playing beach volleyball, or strolling through a Christmas market, these gatherings are all about enjoying time together. Participation is always optional, but of course, we’d love to see you there!

💌 Kudos Challenge

Bring on the positive vibes! Every 3 months or so, we challenge ourselves to give Kudos to one of our teammates. This can be 1 to 3 things; you could say thanks, give praise or simply tell them what you like about them. A great way to spread positivity and appreciate each other!

One of our biggest highlights of the year is the Team Offsite. We head off to a beautiful location to bond, participate in inspiring workshops, and make the most of our time together, all while enjoying life to the fullest.
