<aside> 🌏 As long as you're able to join meetings when needed, you're welcome to work from anywhere you like! You can work from our beautiful office in Berlin, (partly) remote, from home or from your dream vacay.

Workation

Do you want to leave the city or the country for a while without using up your vacation days? Consider going on a workation! During a workation, you can work remotely, which means you are not bound to Berlin.

Location requirements

• Your workation destination should have a maximum of 3 hours time difference (in either direction), and you should be able to work in our core working hours (German time). Exceptions can be discussed with your team lead and HR on an individual basis, if needed.
• Your workspace needs to enable productive working. This includes:
  • A proper desk and chair, ideally ergonomical
  • A room for uninterrupted meetings
  • Temperature control, if needed (AC or heating)
  • A stable and strong internet connection (100 MBit or more)

Relocation & visa support

It takes a lot of courage to leave everything behind and move to a new country and to a new environment - especially with family! Therefore, we offer our support along the way and try to do everything possible to make your move & Onboarding as smooth as possible.
